We Deliver Island-wide
Delivery Time
Delivery within Colombo 1-15 will take 2 to 3 business days from the date of order.
Deliveries outside Colombo will take 3 to 5 business days from the date of order.
Orders placed during public holidays or weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.
Please note, during peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, there may be delays in processing, dispatching, and delivering your order.
Our courier team will contact you prior to delivery. This will be considered a delivery attempt. Failure to deliver after three attempts will result in cancellation of your order.
Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen events. We will do our best to meet the estimated delivery dates provided in your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Cost
Delivery charges apply to all deliveries, including exchanges. Exchanges for defective products will not incur additional delivery fees.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Other Information
Deliveries will only be made to the shipping address provided at the time of order. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at 071 145 4408. Changes can only be made if the order has not been dispatched.
After three delivery attempts or if five days have passed since dispatch, your order will be returned to us. Redelivery will only be processed if the order is prepaid.
Special requests to delay dispatch for your convenience can be accommodated for prepaid orders if the order has not been dispatched yet.
Delivery Policy - International
Delivery Time
Estimated international delivery time is 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp to track your order. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us.
Delivery Fees & Taxes
International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination country. Shipping charges do not include any import taxes or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.
Please be aware that we are required to declare the exact value of all items and cannot mark them as "gifts". Customs inspections may result in delivery delays.
Failure or refusal to accept delivery will result in the goods being destroyed, and no refunds will be provided.
