Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your product, you have Seven Days (7) from the day you receive the product(s) to exchange it.

For orders within Sri Lanka, you can opt for a one-to-one exchange or store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

We follow a one-time exchange policy. This means an exchanged item cannot be further exchanged.

All items must be returned in their original condition: Unwashed, Unworn, and with internal tags intact.

You, the customer, retain ownership of the goods until they reach us. Please ensure the product is packaged with care to avoid damage.

Purchases made at the Flagship Store cannot be exchanged online. These exchanges can only be done by visiting the Flagship Store.

Purchases made online through the LoveLinen website can be exchanged at the Flagship Store or Online Store.

Return the package to LoveLinen Flasgship Store, 12/5, Spathodea Avenue, Colombo 05.

Once we receive goods we will approve your exchange after inspections, our team will reach out to confirm the item you need in exchange. We don’t reserve any items for exchanges until after the garments are received and inspected. Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock.

Note: Sale or discounted items purchased online or Instore are not eligible for exchange.
