Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. In the case of exchanges, the cost of the return shipping will be covered if the product is defective or damaged.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes perishable goods, customized or personalized items, and gift cards. Sale items are also non-refundable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges

7. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
